With the support of my seniors and colleagues, I mastered tasks such as check-ins, check-outs, arrival checks, room blocks, and more. I now feel confident in my abilities and see this experience as a strong foundation for my goal of becoming a front office manager in a 5-star hotel. I also aimed to improve my German language skills. At first, I struggled with German-speaking guests, but over time, I built up vocabulary with help from colleagues and practiced regularly. My progress was noticeable—guests were encouraging, and I eventually reached a limited-professional level, even assisting others with translation. Finally, I focused on building teamwork and interpersonal skills. I developed strong bonds with colleagues and worked through challenges together, especially during busy hours.
